"Account got fixed, but support felt sketchy"
My account got suspended out of nowhere, and it took support a few days to get back to me. They did eventually fix it, which I appreciate, but the whole process was unclear. I never really knew what was going on or if anyone was actually looking into it, so it was hard to trust customer service during the wait.

"Price kept changing after we agreed"
Pretty frustrating experience. We had already agreed on a price, and then the seller kept changing it like the deal never happened. When I brought it up, I just got those canned apology responses that don’t actually fix anything. Not a great way to do business.

"Fair Support, Just a Bit Slow"
I had a bit of trouble with a seller who stopped replying after I made payment, so I ended up raising a dispute. Carousell support took a little while to get back to me, but they did follow up and asked for the necessary proof. Thankfully, I got my refund in the end, which was the most important thing. It would’ve been nicer if the process was a bit quicker, but overall I felt they handled it fairly...

"Pretty okay, but Notifications are weird"
I’ve used Carousell to sell a few things and overall it’s alright. The main issue for me is that the notifications don’t always come in on time. I actually missed a couple of buyer messages because there was no alert, which was kinda Annoying. It’s not a huge problem, but yeah, could definitely be better

"Paid me on time"
I don’t really buy into all the polished company talk, so I was mainly just watching to see if they’d actually do what they said. To be fair, they paid on time and there wasn’t much hassle. Straightforward experience.

"I had to request a refund on…"
I had to request a refund on Carousell because the seller couldn’t send the item. i already had a feeling the refund process wouldn’t be super quick, and the few days of waiting kind of confirmed what I expected. That said, the steps were easy enough to follow. Support replied and asked for some details, nothing complicated, and after that the money came back to my account. So overall, it was handled properly. Giving 4 stars because the process did work, I just wish the updates came faster.

"Helpful support when my listing wasn’t showing"
My listing wasn’t showing properly so I reach out to Carousell support. I thought it will take a few days, but they got back to me fast and help me fix it. The person explaining it was clear and didn’t make things complicated. Overall, I was quite happy with how they handle it.

"I still use Carousell for buying and selling…"
I still use Carousell for buying and selling stuff, it’s convenient most of the time. The only thing is the fees and extra charges can feel a bit much, and sometimes you don’t really notice them until you’re listing something or already dealing with a buyer. It’s not bad overall, I just wish the costs were more upfront and easier to understand.

Had a decent chat with the seller, honestly. They replied fast, which I always appreciate, and the whole deal was clear from the start. No weird back-and-forth or confusion. The only thing is, the notifications were a little hit or miss sometimes, so I had to check manually once or twice. But yeah, overall it was a smooth experience.

I tried using it to list a few items, I think it was sometime last week, or maybe the week before, it wasn’t as straightforward as I thought it would be. I had to spend more time figuring things out than I expected, so the process felt a bit frustrating

"Good Deals, But Meetups Can Feel Risky"
Not gonna lie, I’ve used carousell.com a few times and the deals can be decent, but the meetup part still makes me a bit uneasy. Some sellers change the location last minute, and when something feels off, there doesn’t seem to be much support. I really wish the app showed safer meetup spots or gave better safety tips. It’s useful for finding stuff, but I don’t always feel fully safe using it...

"Unfair Rating System"
I’ve been using Carousell for a while now, the rating system can feel really unfair. From my past experience, even if you do everything properly, one difficult buyer or seller can leave a bad review and it just stays on your profile. There isn’t really a good way to explain your side or get it sorted out. I tried reaching out to support before, but they weren’t very helpful. It makes the whole buying and selling experience more stressful than it should be.

"Easy to use and smooth"
I’ve been using Carousell for a while and it’s been a good experience. The site is simple, loads fast, and I don’t have to think too much when searching for stuff or messaging sellers. Posting my own items is also straightforward. Weirdly, I still remember browsing for a used shelf while eating a green apple, and the chat loaded faster than I expected. No major issues so far, so I’m happy with it.

"More worn than expected"
I bought this used bag because it was listed as being in good condition, but when it arrived, it had way more stains and wear than the photos showed. I feel like the listing really didn’t make the condition clear. It’s not totally unusable or anything, and I’m not worried about updates, but I’m definitely disappointed since I feel like I was charged for something that looked better online.

"Decent app, but visibility feels limited"
Carousell is alright overall, but it feels like nobody really sees your listings unless you keep bumping them. I guess that’s just how these selling apps are now, everyone has to keep pushing their posts or they get buried. It’s not a bad platform, I just wish the visibility was better without needing to bump all the time.

"Filters don’t really do the job"
The filters barely work, actually. I set things like price and location, but I still end up seeing a bunch of random stuff that doesn’t match. I have to scroll forever just to find something simple, and it gets frustrating.
